Med-Simple was formed in response to a real need in the pharmaceutical industry. Rapid yet progressive training of new staff with varying previous exposure to medicinal chemistry often poses difficult decisions for management committed to providing good quality training and effective communication. In addition to differing learning styles, training often has to cater for disparate backgrounds, abilities and academic levels.

Imagine arriving at a busy roundabout in a large foreign city at rush hour. Individual A looks at the road-signs, puts his indicator on and turns right. For Individual B the picture is quite different. With only a scanty knowledge of the language, no map and dozens of impatient drivers behind his vehicle, he may turn right only to face the same difficulties at the next crossroad. Individual B simply needs a map, a basic conversational course in the foreign language and time to practice his most needed routes when the roads are quiet. At Med-Simple we believe that in time Individual B will know his way round as well as individual A and discover new routes.
